Yes I saw a few times where my H tried to step in with the kids and either I or my family vetoed his authority. I was always being told that he was not their father and shouldn't be involved with them at all, but I really needed someone else to take that burden when I was really sick. I didn't let him and my family didn't help either. My family (mother and 2 older brothers) had way too much influence over me. I put a stop to it now! They didn't step in and help me when I really needed their help and my H's help. Now none of them have a say in what I do. I will do what's best for me and my kids. Period!!!
