I wouldn't tell her not to come home unless you talk to a lawyer first and find out what sort of position that puts you in in your state. It could put you in a tight spot if you end up before a divorce court someday.
My wife said she wanted separation and I told her I wasn't leaving my home because I hadn't done anything wrong to deserve that. So she left voluntarily.
