If someone can get you something, ask them to pick up a Mandala coloring book and a set of colored pencils for you (they have them at WalMart). It is mindful meditation practice that is incredibly calming. You can also try (this works!) Bergamot essential oil. If you want to get fancy, mix it with Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense.
