I did take the best interest path when talking to him because it would be easier on him. Sadly, I do need his permission since I am wanting to leave a day before my actual time starts. Shi$$y but he would have to give up the Tuesday overnight. Remember how hard it was to actually get him to agree on a parenting plan in the first place?
