6 months in the storm

Church was great this morning, I always feel so much better after kneeling at the alter. S4 sang in church this morning with the rest of the preschoolers and it was the cutest thing ever!

I was finally brave enough to hang out on the playground after church to talk to the other parents my age. It felt really good to be included with this new circle of people. We always just exchanged hellos in the past but today we sat on the picnic table and chatted for 45 minutes.

I truly believe now that there are better days waiting there for me. My life is actually pretty damn amazing right now (even with all the D crap) and I can't wait to find the man I meant to share it with. (doesn't mean I am ready to date)
