I removed my wife's picture from my photos so when and if she rings or if I msg her it no longer shows Her face ...this is a small step but for me it is pretty huge

Ghost, I did this too and it helped tremendously. I used to get a knot in my stomach on the rare ocassion that my WW called me. I guess I was just conditioned in such a way that when she called, more pain was coming my way.

Not only did I remove her picture, but I was changed her name to "Detach! You Got This!!" just to remind me before every phone call. I suggest you do something similar.
