So many of you have taken time out of your lives to try to help me and all I have done is go round and round in circles
Its a long process and we all go back and forth, circling around, yo-yo'ing, whatever phrase/term you prefer. Early on I seen it described as a yo-yo going up the stairs. Some days you will be high and others low. Sometimes that yo-yo will dip lower than a step you were on months ago but as long as the overall trend is upwards then you are making progress. (yes, you are making progress).
