That happens quite often, most affairs don't last more than 6months.

The main reason they don't last is because of how they began, through lies and deceit. Also, eventually the secrecy and excitement wears off.

10% of affairs move on to have an actual relationship
of those 10% only half of those are successful.

So don't worry about the OM, worry about YOURSELF! For when and if she comes back, she will never want to leave you again.
