He's her boss? That's easy, expose the affair. That will nip that in the bud. Expose far and wide.
Thats one thing you can do. But the OM is not really the problem. If it werent him, it could just as well by someone else. Getting rid of this OM isnt the problem. Your W's waywardness is the problem.
If she comes back because you got rid of OM, it will more than likely just happen again in the future.
