Yeah! If it is in your name, have it towed to a repair shop.
Or, if you have a set of keys, drive it to the dealer and
have it re-keyed.

Be nice and let him know (After the fact) so it isn't reported
stolen. Though I guess he'd have to explain why it wasn't
his in the first place...
