W has been running her CC its a joint Acct, how do I prove this spending is not mine? She is paying for everything for OM, like she is rich!
Ok, if she is not living with you and she is using a joint credit card for anything besides basic needs, food, gas to work, etc. I would cancel the card or take her name off. This is why separation agreement are necessary...to protect family funds. Period.
