I'd stop going to that IC by the way. You're a few months in and there is no sign of a D anywhere to be seen. Give him a miss, I don't think he's helping.
How's your drinking going? I'm not religious, but what does your church say about using drugs and alcohol? Is your minister any help?

Im doing pretty good with the drinking. I have not completely stopped but it has not been a problem for a while. I still have a few drinks when I go out to the tavern to play piano and I have a few with friends on the weekend. Drinking was never a real issue with me until BD. At that point I went a little crazy with it.
My church is Presbyterian. Similar to Catholic in terms of drinking but obviously drug use is frowned upon.
I have an appointment to see the minister next week. I want to know, as a Christian, what I am required to do in my situation. My W knows about this meeting and thinks im trying to use religion as a way to manipulate her. Im not sure how this meeting will go but I will post the results when it is over.
