Jay - I agree there is no way your W can continue to work for this guy. IMO that would be a strict boundary.
Sandi - what would you recommend in the W and OM work together (peers) in large company? They are forced to interact occasionally, have work outings (occasionally), and an annual overnight conference. My thought is that if the W really has remorse and wants to save the M she would be willing to look for a new job in order to avoid all contact.
