The Fat Lady is not singing...instead...she's joined Weight Watchers officially! LOL!
Last night, I walked in, registered, paid, and hopped up on the scale.
It wasn't as bad as I feared. I am officially starting 5 pounds lighter than the last time I started WW.
There was much clapping going on. Many prizes handed out. I hope to soon be someone who is earning prizes and clapping!
Oh, and a neat thing. They have official Weight Watchers videos now.
I bought the light workout/beginner tape.
This is great...because I tend to overdue my exercise when starting out...and hurt myself. It's only a half hour work out. Woo Hoo! I'm going to try it tonight. Will report back!
