So sorry E, I wish I had something more positive to add. I'm just going to send you a boatload of love and strength and an endless supply of hugs. I've got a rock solid shoulder too. Honestly, built the thing myself. It's yours if you need to cry on it.
Stay strong, this is a test that you will pass. It will leave a mark on you but breathe through it. Big belly breaths. Lots of softness and compassion for yourself around what you're going through. Post here as much as you can, to vent, to cry, to do whatever you need to to get it all out.
