I have been doing this for roughly 10 months. I did EVERYTHING wrong. Sent cards, flowers, called/text/emailed constantly, called her family/friends, fought with her constantly, went to her work, proposed again, offered to do whatever it took to "fix" our problems. Problem was, she was already checked out.

I stopped it all and started working on myself. Like they say, be the guy that she would be foolish to leave. Do not brag to her about your changes, let her see them for herself. I know it's hard buddy, I know it's tough. But stick to it. Look up 180 and follow it to a T, it will change things. It might not bring her back, but it will change you.
