barbie...I'd encourage you to go back to the beginning of 4mykids's threads and read them through. She's got a long ways to go to change her reality, but she's come a long ways already. With you I get the feeling you're still in 'focus on WAH/react' mode. I know how tough this is, I just want to see it get easier. You have similar sitches, check it out if you can.
