She's back in town..good frame of mind. she had a great time with her friends and I think the space did us both good.

She was all apologetic for her meltdown the other day; it's like she just goes blind with panic. She apologized again for all the cruel things she says to me in those states. All well and good, but it won't stop her the next time.

I'm re-reading Sandi's detachment thread. Time to go back to the basics. Some of it apparently didn't stick the first time.
