Oh V, I'm so sorry to hear that! We've had really heavy rain here...I imagine you've had some of the same and maybe the drains couldn't handle it? That's such a pain - especially after all your recent hard work sorting office accommodation.

There isn't anything but old carpet in the office and the building work hasn't started yet.

But if this is going to happen regularly then this will be an issue as the offices will be unusable.

There are matters to address with the freeholder of the common parts who apparently is having a mid life crisis!
