I posted a clarification on your thread, just a couple of thoughts that may help.

Have to love the lightbulb moment!

Its my experience that change is instantaneous, we can not unknow when a realisation happens.

Hey, a double neg again.

Suddenly a post written in a funky way or with humour, with a metaphor or an analogy and that light switch goes on. In my case mainly 100 watts then I want to shout from the roof top with a megaphone.

As my aged pa says everyone has a toolkit but beware of the guy who only has a srewdriver. I ignored the warning with WH.

V,

its hard to imagine that such wise woman ended up where you are.

I have been chatting to my Ma this evening. Recapping my fantastic week. Monday I learnt what it means to love myself. Thursday/Friday I chatted with 3 very lovely ladies and whilst I don't expect anything, I almost want to never be in a R so I can experience this over and over again (Caveat: this is also amidst selfless love meditation). Friday - OMG - YOU truly, made sense of my whole life. You are my fairy godmother V, my angel on the www, you have changed my life forever. Whilst I may have work to follow:

V...I absolutely await that time when we can walk and talk and share things. Glorious times ahead, indeed! You MUST take care of you, first and foremost. I like what you said about how we learn little things. I have been having a lot of those lightbulb moments the past few months and they are really helping me to find my way again.

Continued prayers and positive thoughts coming at you, my friend. And, lots of tail wags from Molly.

Py,

Delighted to help, I am not sure about Vanilla for a boy though!

There is much more development to come, I am sure of it, if we keep travelling this path there is joy and pain to face. You have your parents to discover. I recollect HP discovering his dad and reconnecting with his father who was a great support and source of love.

Your mum sounds wonderful and kind.

Dawn

I started a new eating regime which is very tough. Little sugar and lots of vegetables. I am a beetroot queen.

It has caused all sorts of consequences in my constitution including headaches, joint pain and malodours. Including sinus problems and skin issues. The lack of Java, cheeeeese and vino, is hard to bear.

Still this is cleansing and cleaning of a different kind. It is costing to do this, so after chatting to others on the program I am looking for cheaper sources of fruit and veg, and may get some frozen berries.

Dumping the junk, it's not for weight loss, but for health, but the first week or so has been pretty dire, and makes me very tired and wiped out. Lots of tough love for my body, I have cut back on the exercise. My feet have pins and needles, skin is messy. I trust this will work, I am doing this for my health in the long term.

Dawn, when I visit in your new spare room, we can go walking and swimming with Molly. I promise to be lowing and fully nourished.

Hi V

Are you sure about this new diet? It doesn't sound like its doing the world of good....

The river cottage veg book is well worth a look for some good recipes though if you want to up your fruit and veg intake.

It's unfashionable but its hard to beat jacket potato with baked beans for cheap and nutritious + you can out a small sprinkling of cheese.

Anyway I hope your well otherwise and that you have peace from your H.
