I talked to my attorney yesterday and informed her of my concerns and she didn't give me any direction for that. I live in California. She actually advised to not file anything right now and just collect information. Said she sees too many cases file and dismiss for situations like this and its like a MLC. She said to just keep the Physical separation and set the boundaries.
