OW is toxic to your son and probably to your husband.
In some states drug laws allow the government to seize the assets of the criminals. Between that and the legal fees lawyers charge if your husband is in the wrong place at the wrong, they could seize his/your assets. I am not trying to scare you but it seem like all down side and no up side for you. Maybe you should consider separating your assets.
