Yes, you have to focus on your life. Heather, you really did do the best you could in your marriage and you were and still are loyal to him. He knows that and you have to remember this...you did the best you could w/what you had to work with. Now, you have to accept that you didn't break him and you can't fix him. He has to do the hard, necessary work to get himself back on track.

Now, it's back to work tomorrow and hopefully things will settle down for you and your girls in time.
