I am going to go research this, must be some sense in it somewhere.

Sounds like modified Atkins - low carb to me,

The tomato has high sugar and is more like a fruit I would guess.

Be careful of the soda that you use in the gin, no high sugar soda.

What happens after 8 weeks?

Apparently an assessment. Then I assume some kind of maintaining regime? The pamphlet is unclear.

But I should get a 'pack'.

Sadly they ran out hence the photocopy pages! However there should be a pack shortly.

Oh and a widget with a blood sugar monitor sponsored by the widget people. that is in the pack, it uploads blood sugar everyday for you. You insert a strip and it reads the sugar and sends the result, just like my Fitbit with my steps and sleep. I told the doc I had my Fitbit results for nearly 6 years. They weren't concerned.

But the bloods are free and nurses visit free and eyesight, foot and body scan too.

So it's worth it.

I am 74 kilos this morning at 65".

BmI is 33.
