That was a driving force of my careerpath... I craved praise for a job well done - and not getting it sometimes left me feeling bitter for putting extra effort or time in and unappreciated.
Okay, so I am late joining in. Mine I'm HD. 1. Quality time (that is the one where you are doing stuff together). 2. Physical Touch: from gentle cuddling to you Tarzan me Jane. 3. Words: only the real stuff please. 4. Service: I prefer to give service. 5. Gifts: I don't really like getting gifts the hidden strings can be deadly. But I love to give gifts.

interestingly enough, although i rank touch as number 1 and acts of service quite low...i seem to give opposite feeback to W on these items. She says i barely acknowledge physical touch (although i'm wondering if this may be touch avoidance because of SSM issues), but do make a fuss over gifts or acts of service.
