Thank you {{{SuperDave}}}, {{{hairdog}}} (WOA for my graphs) and {{{honeypot}}} (WOA on my advice)! It's very true that WOA can come from anywhere but PT only from your spouse. That was a driving force of my careerpath... I craved praise for a job well done - and not getting it sometimes left me feeling bitter for putting extra effort or time in and unappreciated.
