Board Policies and General Info for Newcomers

Speaking in general terms here,
if threads are put on this board and it is needed,
I now have a safe place to move them too that only the
moderators have access to.
So they will not be deleted but moved to this area
for storage until they are needed again or purged
in years to come.

I hope that is clear and there is no need to respond.
