Morning E, hope you slept well...that is one of my biggest problemS. Not sleeping well from day to day. Then tired easily irritable and hard to exercise and keep focus.
Not sure about weather by you up in nh, but it is going to be a scorcher down here...hope you are able to get some time outside to enjoy the heat (I love the super hot days).

Matt, I did NOT text him! He didn't get home until 2:30 so 3.5 hours later, so I didn't sleep much. S woke me up at 6:50 as normal. :p
Zephyr, I have agility class with my dog tonight, so that will be fun. It's very humid here, not really hot. I much prefer every season but summer. Unfortunately, believe it or not, I'm allergic to the sun. So, heat drives me nuts especially as I prefer to be outdoors. That's why I was sick when we got back from camping, as three days out in the sun got to me. At least where we live, I have lots of shade to hang out in and play water play with my S. He generally stays in the sun and then soaks me with the hose.
Hi Bob! No 2x4 needed thanks to Matt! It was a tough one though. I kept reminding myself not to text and then I'd find myself picking my phone back up again. It's like when you have an itch you shouldn't scratch but keep going back.

So, he tells me tonight that the OW is stopping by for a few minutes with her son to say hi to our S. I thank him for telling me, and leave to my class. While at class, he sends me four texts about just random stuff.
The roller coaster kills me some days!

I agree Eirinn. I'm so upset about what has happened with Matt. He's been such a positive poster on the forum - it's devastating.
It's true that it pays to take care. My H and I S a while ago, but I realised my ipad was linked to his PC still. I unlinked it, but I'm not sure what that means in terms of browsing history. I also changed my email password as it used to auto-complete on his pc.
