Irrational thinking. Her getting over you is not dependent on your actions. You cant base all your actions and decisions on how she will react.
In the beginning we all think this way. If we do the right things it will bring them back, if we do the wrong things it will push them away. While we can push them away to some extent their actions are on them, they will do whatever they want regardless. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you do everything right or wrong, they will still leave.
