I was on with the DB Coach and she called. I didn't answer but did call back 5 mins later (even after your text response suggestions). She didn't answer. I then saw her followup Because I was busy

Not rude or any A-hole involed ... you are simply GAL and to busy to be bothered with ... as V aptly put it .. a routine temp check.
Do not be hard on yourself ... its a process
Just a tip .... something I did. If your W never sees your phone, never snoops ... change her Contact Name to DB, or Detach ... something to remind you ... It worked wonders for me.
