You've read GB's comments on my thread right? You know what he's said to me about the house. If he has time I hope he pops up here to advise you but it sounds to me like you are giving up. Don't. Things can change on a hairpin in these situations.

Kem, I was in a much worse place than you are now just a few months ago. Now I'm much happier and relaxed. I'm back in charge and kinda enjoying doing things for me and S9 that I never used to do. Simple things like planning meals.
