No I can't, we have a decent amount of equity in the house and there is no way I could buy her out. I wouldn't want to keep the house anyways. If things continue to move forward I'm tempted to tell her she can have all the furniture and everything if I can get a bigger % of equity. If we end up getting a D I don't want any reminders of former life with her.

My L is supposed to call me this afternoon to see what options we have with who gets the house during temporary order. If she still has to pay a % of mortgage I think she should get going! she is the one who wants the D so why shouldn't she leave the house?!
