Don't beat yourself up about making a mess of it. I doubt anyone gets of the mark perfectly in these situations.
I expect her to respond fairly soon as my L is asking for details to get the ball rolling. I'm hoping that when she sees that I have got a L on board that mediation will begin to look like an attractive option again. I know this is mind reading a bit but I think my WW would have expected me to crumble once she had instructed a L.

Good that you have not answered yet. Think about it just as much as you did of the previous so it's really to the point of what you want to say..
Just think she can't be oblivious to the fact that you want to work on your M and not D so maybe this is just fishing for a self-esteem boost?
But I also think that it's a good sign that she asks because that means she wants to communicate. I leave it up to the vets if/what the reply should be..

Yea, I know. Right? This is the first glimmer of light I've seen for a long time. Besides, she already knows what the alternative is, she's just waiting for me to say it. Wither that's to burn it down or build it up I don't know. That's why I think the next reply needs to be very good. What time does wonka come on line again?
