H did call me...I wasn't home, he left a message. I beeped him and just said I was home if HE wanted to call me.

Will not beep or call H tonight unless he calls me and I am out. I do return calls as I would for any friend. I am trying hard not to initiate calls. Haven't done much calling him first except for Friday which was a low point for me. I do REALLY try to not call him at all. Friday I just really needed to hear another person's voice.

I am going bike riding this afternoon with some friends from church. Hope to have a really good time.

Treatment Center News: Now they say not til the end of this week. That's fine with me. Am learning patience is a virtue.

Boy am I becoming virtuous or what? LOL Just kidding. Am just learning to be patient.
