The best thing for me and S9 would be (assuming the D is inevitable) would be to get the best price possible for the existing place so that he and I have a decent place to live when he is with me.
Having 2 houses financially is going to be difficult. Obviously the lifestyle we were used to is gone. History so I need to try and get at least some of that back.
