I've tried to ask the same question - what would you do or how would you feel if you were in my shoes?

I get the stare - anger - and then "you have no idea what I am going through". I usually just reply "yes W, I have no idea, must be tough."

I've stopped trying any of that. Trudge strait through the BS hoping not to get any on me.
