Sometimes a very scary or important moment shocks the system. Not every time does it stick, and you are doing right by still saying somewhat dark. Just don't fall into old tricks, and keep up doing what you are comfortable with. Don't over do anything, and stay within yourself. Hope everything works out for the medical part too, scary stuff in the hospital!!
