Winham, I'm so sorry you had a tough couple of days - that's really hard. It is still early days for you guys, so best to work on looking after yourself and balancing your emotions as best you can. I know how hard it is. I found that reading (self help books) and using meditation apps was helpful in the early stages. People on here seem to like the headspace app...

Your W isn't herself right now, and may not be for some time. And the tough part is you can't control that. So the best you can do is keep trying to shift your focus from her on to yourself and your own life and moving forward.

Take Care ((Winham))

Winham, my heart goes out to u. The mind games that occur thinking about the om or when ww is at a friends who supports the affair is grueling. I'm glad the ic seems to be helping.

Sorry it was a rougher weekend but it has to get better at some point. Maybe just in spurts. Try to enjoy those times as much as u can.

I'm starting to process and deal with my ww not being herself and pushing for the divorce while continuing her affair. I have no idea if she'll ever come back and I'm just now past the denial stage of greiving
