Just reading what you have so far ... might be a good thing to get her to be aware of what her actions will result in. Not that it matters but looking at the age gap, maybe she is feeling she needs to 'live a little / experience new things' as she has been with you since she was 19 ... I could see this come into play a bit .. however with all things there are consequences for her actions.
Who pays for the cell phone>? I would yank this yesterday if I knew my money was going towards promoting her having EA's with other men, sexting and whatnot.
Reading this I just can not help but to think a more hardline approach like Starsky's methods would be more beneficial here.
