Hi she is not feeling "it" anymore

I have not turned my back on her.
She moved downstairs and is isolating herself.
I told her I am here for you anytime you need me and that I still love her.
Yesterday she wanted to talk and she said she feels trapped and that I have claimed our house.
I said no one is trying to trap you.
She said I looked angry, I said it's a blank look not anger (and I am over the anger)
I said I understand how you feel.
I think she was hoping I would say "okay I'll move out and make this easier for you"
She is wanting a change not I.
Hopefully this does not come across as harsh
