Bob, thanks so much - that's very kind of you. And I'm doing pretty well today thanks...

Boy, I'm tired though. Long day yesterday and then off to the bookstore first thing, then straight off to the election count until almost 8pm. And I'm back at the bookstore again in the morning. I'm going to try and have a quiet time after that...

Good to be busy though and I earned some cash. Plus I always wanted to do the election count, and I met a new friend today too. She told me her H was unfaithful too. He would leave for weeks on end with OW and then come back and then leave again. How awful. Until one time she just said - no more. And do you know what? He thought she was joking....until she just changed the locks. They D and after trying to date for a while, she is enjoying time with friends etc. It's nice to meet people who have been through it and come out the other side.

All quiet with H. TBH, I'm leaving him to it right now. I thought I might hear from him this week to move things forward, but nothing so far. Oh well, time will tell. Have a good evening all xxx

Great to hear you're keeping busy Toots. I like hearing others stories too especially positive ones where they come through this stronger and wiser - like we will too!

A very exciting week in the UK - shock election result plus a brand new princess!

Thanks RD and Stacey.....yes all pretty good with me. I've had a busy week and a lot of GAL/work, which is great. I was at the book store this morning, and just had some lunch. I'm about to start getting sorted for work next week, because I'm out all day tomorrow Mum-sitting while Dad plays in a tournament.

Been in touch with SS this morning. His exams start this week, so he has his head down revising at the moment. I'm seeing him & his mum in a couple of weeks. No news from H. He's gone very quiet since my response accepting he wants to move forward with a D. Who knows what's happening there, and TBH although I'm wondering a little, I'm trying not to expend much mental energy on it.

Just started reading A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle this week. It's quite an academic read, but pretty interesting so far....Have a good weekend all xx
