6 months of DB'ing in the threads above. But I'm not giving up on my M and my lovely wife.

I meant to add at the end of my 1st post for "Part 4." We have a Case Management Court Date tomorrow. Only our L's need to be present. It is mostly to get caught up on what my WAW has/hasn't applied for in terms of SS and health benefits, etc.
For some reason, I'm anxious about tomorrow.
Please keep me in your thoughts.
Thanks All.

Only your L's will be present? You and your W will not be there?
Be ready for any fall out if there are any points of contention?

Understand that this must be so hard for you, and as a fellow DB in the thick of it, I know how much it hurts.
Big hug!!
Thank you, Dear Tulo.
Big hug back at you!

Hello Tulo, mahhhty, Wonka, HeavyD, TenBook and all my forum friends!
I was anxious about our case management court date today. I received an email from my L late this A.M. that the case has been continued until late June. My W has not completed what the judge ordered her to do in terms of applying for Social Security and health benefits.
Since I am still working on an R for our M, I guess I am happy it turned out this way or at least relieved. It buys a little more time and by then will be separated almost 8 months.
Who knows? Maybe by then my W will start realizing that this isn't so easy and how much she'll be losing. If that's not the case, it gives me more time to work on myself.
I am going to several GAL activities this weekend with a local Meetup Group. I never thought I would get to this point! I truly feel like I'll make it whether it's with my W or without.
I do have one question: Should I wish my W a Happy Mother's Day? As a reminder, we do not have any children together - 3 each from a previous marriage. The Brady Bunch. LOL
Thank you everybody for reading my post and keeping up with my sitch.
I'm blessed to have people like you who care about me so much.
