many come here wanting a magic formula that will switch the WW back to her old self again, and it doesn't work that way.
Those of us that have been here longer also realize that the "old self" is not a person we might want back in our life again. So that the WAS has even more work to do if we want to take them back in the future.(no disrespect for Sandi here, cause she has DONE the work ! )
