Thanks Cadet. I have been reading all of those suggested threads over and over, as well as having read DR twice at this point. True detachment and GAL is the difficult part for me, as I have always been somewhat introverted. Concentrating at work is difficult. I need to stop checking her messages. I want to work at this, and I want to make myself a man only a fool would leave, but I don't know where to start. I have been going to trial sessions with several ICs, and have not yet found one I am comfortable with. I can't afford a DB coach at the moment.
I received 4 more books today: 5LL, The Solo Partner, Models, and NMMNG. Any suggestions on the next read?
