Thanks. I now think starting over would be in both of our best interests. She made a comment last week after I took our daughter back jokingly asking if I had a hot date that night. I was semi dressed up but I had to go to work early that night so I was dressed for that instead of the usual gym clothes. She was taken back a little when I didn't laugh and I said no, I'm not at that point.

Overall our interactions are good, I take our daughter out to dinner once or twice a week. Sometimes she joins us sometimes not. I think that's a positive. We did have an argument yesterday about summer vacation schedules. But that was patched over and resolved today.
Thanks for your encouragement. I know this will be a long arduous process but it'll be worth it. Now I just have to keep my sister's from playing match maker
