A friend stopped by for a glass of wine on my porch on the first warm day of spring. My sitter, who wasn't available on Monday, now is, and I'm prequalified for a home loan! 43 is totally going to be my year. Now I just need to get the furnace fixed and the house tidy. Somehow.
