Good job I read this as its nearly 12 here and I'd forgotten to get the pork steaks out for dinner tonight. Should have time to defrost now otherwise its a chicken curry instead.

Are you doing any morning exercises, even gentle ones. I've found that since I started doing those (which was a b*tch to start doing...hellooooo willpower where are you) Ive more consistantly lost weight even if its small amounts, its also helped with my troublesome thighs!

livestrong has some good low impact stretching and callisthenics stuff btw although some of their stuff makes me out of breath and achy watching the videos.

Hope its all going well, it was good to hear you had a good time in the big city and we shall henceforth call you GPS-GG wink
