Scales went up over the weekend and then due to salty food dropped 2 kilo over 3 days.
Just by giving up the salt and hormones that time. Sigh. But still up 2 kilos. Need of get out and do some physical work. I need to get off the salty greasy food.
Bought veg to make chicken soup for next weeks dinners and bits of pizza ingredients to make some healthy calzone which help with pizza cravings. Need to get back to planning meals again.
