I was just reading your sitch Sherman, funny that you posted. It's an insane situation you are living through although it seems like you're making the right choices. What rang for me is your relationship with your S. My H has been so distant and or impatient to my 3 year old boy that my S has started clinging to me mostly, which then ticks off my H. Again, not even close to what you're going through but it ticks me off when my H gets upset that my son is upset when I'm leaving to GAL. Children are perceptive. They know when you're not paying attention or being inconsistent. I hope things get solved for you and your S soon.
