It didn't feel like it today!

I felt like I had a huge back slide, teary at work that shouldn't happen. Not any more.

I'm finding I want to fix stuff, I want to do some thing, what I have no friggen idea.

Wish I could let that go, that feeling of dread and not being able to change stuff. Not being able to, not having any choices!

I feel like I'm loosing a war, one I could never win. sick cry
I know it's all about perspective.
